Service Description

Finault provides AI spend allocation and reporting tools. We help finance teams transform AI provider invoices into audit-ready journal entries and reports.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Verify allocation outputs before importing to your GL

14-Day Guarantee

For new customers, we guarantee delivery of your first Close Pack within 14 days of receiving your invoice data. If we fail to deliver, you pay nothing for that period.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

Finault is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in allocations or reports. You are responsible for verifying all outputs before use.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Finault after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
